ABOUT US

West London Riders Club (WLRC) is a motorcycle club for advanced Motorcyclists. We were founded in 2016 by a group of around 40 friendly and experienced Advanced Motorcyclists (IAM RoadSmart or RoSPA qualified) and we are affiliated to the British Motorcyclists Federation. Current membership is around 70 members, more than 90% are Advanced riders and we have many RoSPA trainers and serving IAM National Observers amongst our membership.

 

We believe in riding progressively but responsibly to high standards based on Roadcraft. We welcome like-minded riders (with RoSPA or IAM Advanced qualifications) for regular full-day ride-outs at least once a month, monthly half-day brunch rides during the biking season, ad hoc rides, and tours in the UK and Europe.

We also welcome experienced riders who haven't gained Advanced qualifications, as Associate members - subject to an Assessment ride, which we can arrange for you but we recommend that you start your Advanced course before application to us. Associates are expected to commit to gaining an Advanced qualification within a year of joining, through training with an established group (either RoSPA or IAM Roadsmart). We are happy to recommend a few local groups. There are a lot of friendly and experienced riders within the Club who'll be happy to help and advise you through the process.

Riding with us is for serious riders who want to ride with other bikers who share their riding values; to ride to a high standard and arrive home safely, with a smile on their face!

To join WLRC, there is a £15 annual fee or a £10 Country Members' rate for those 50 miles from M40 J2 You are welcome to join us at an event as a guest, if you would prefer to check us out before joining.
